Well, the day is here!
I am excited about what lies ahead; I leave tonight on a plane to Thailand. Our team of 23 people will be meeting in San Francisco and heading on our CRAZY LONG journey.
DESTINATION: Thailand.
I will be working throughout the country with our team from Joni and friends for teh first two weeks. We will be distributing wheelchairs/walkers/canes to those in need. For the next 2-3 weeks I will be in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and will work in a child development center there: http://www.ricd.go.th/english/contact.php.
Then, for the last 2-3 weeks, it is off to the working on the Thai/Myanmar border with Sharon Porterfireld, ministering to the disabled in this area.
I am so thankful to live out my heart; to be blessed enough to have this opportunity. I know God is working there already. I pray I can, as Kyle put it, "pick up a hammer and start helping Him work."

ReplyDeleteThe joy of the Lord is your strength. Keep focused upon Jesus and His call upon your life. Nothing can defeat His purpose and HIs plan for your life if you will only trust and believe. There is no challenge or barrier that you will encounter that He hasn't already thought through and provided a way for His name to be glorified in your life. Watch and see the provision Jesus has made for you as He uses you to advance the Kingdom of God.
